The restaurant is under new management, and has not been dine-in since pre-pandemic. It will be dine-in again soon. They accommodated us for dine-in anyway (visiting from out of town) and had great service, despite very busy takezout orders. The food was delicious, fresh, and crisp, flavourful veggies! Definitely a place to enjoy some tasty Chinese cuisine.

First time ordering thru this take out only restaurant. Ordered egg rolls, chicken Chow Mein and chicken Soo Guy was generous portions, flavourful, and hot at pick up and at a very reasonable price. Definitely will go back!

Still pick up only which is just fine. I placed my order leaving work after a long day and it was ready at the instructed time. My bag was reinforced with cardboard on the bottom and I had no leaks. Love the combination plate and the wontons. Fresh and crispy. My only wish, plum sauce other than wings. Service is always friendly.

If you’re on your way along the Saint Lawrence river, somewhere between Kingston and Brockville, and needed a memorable break, a stop by Prescott and a meal at Dragon Garden would be a perfect match. Although we all ordered the same dish ( Singapore noodles) since we don’t know much about Chinese food, we didn’t regret our choice :). Also we were offered complimentary chocolates and wings sweets. I definitely recommend!

We just moved to a neighboring town recently and tried this place for the first time. We got a dinner for 2 with some extra eggrolls and crispy wontons. Everything was delicious. The beef chow mein was amazing. The plum sauce was the best I've had. It's got a delicious ginger pop and we look forward to trying more dishes from this delicious restaurant!

The Imperial pork was excellent. I wasn't super pumped about the house special fried rice or won ton soup. I'm excited to try other dishes. They also sell some nice plants and such. Be advised, it's take out only.
